We are a young team founded in 2024 with the ambition of developing our own video game. Initially called Impact Games, the team evolved to become Mastaki Games after several changes in membership.

Our first project, Sandbolt, launched alongside the creation of the studio, had to be shelved in 2024 because it was deemed too ambitious by some industry professionals (Ubisoft developers, engineers). We then chose to work on a more accessible project, Helplease.

In January 2025, Vinh-Duc Chanudet relaunched the Sandbolt project, joined by Ruslan, Naël Alami, and Raphaël Ferrero. Together, we consolidated Mastaki Games and are now determined to continue developing Sandbolt.

We refuse to limit our ambitions to our age: we've been told that aiming for a game on the level of a major studio is unrealistic, but that's precisely what we want to achieve and that's what we will deliver.
